Location: Remote from France, or onsite in Amsterdam or other 5 company locations.

What you will do

  • Conduct comprehensive customer needs analysis to understand challenges and goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customer strategies and delivering results.
  • Achieve revenue targets through new sales and timely renewals.
  • Leverage data and insights for accurate forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to execute strategic account plans.
  • Navigate complex, matrixed environments and adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in corporate or knowledge-based industries.
  • Proven success in strategic account planning and consultative selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
