What you will do

• Productionize graph-based orchestration for complex agentic workflows.
• Design and maintain data pipelines connecting distributed enterprise data to a centralized knowledge layer.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs for agent task completion, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD practices tailored for agent deployments and configuration versioning.
• Build full-stack observability tools for agent runs, including traces and state transitions.
• Develop continuous evaluation pipelines for agent behavior, safety, and drift detection.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Folsom, or Hillsboro.
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, data engineering, or infrastructure for production AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python for orchestration and platform automation.
• Experience with LLM serving, retrieval infrastructure, or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG and knowledge-graph-backed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and production observability.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments requiring high auditability.
