What you will do

• Define the science roadmap for conversational ad experiences powered by LLMs.
• Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Conduct experiments and perform deep dives on data to derive actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with software engineers on technical design and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
• Partner with product managers to identify opportunities for scientific innovation to improve customer experience.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the broader hirify.global machine learning community.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience, or 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong background in neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Experience navigating ambiguous requirements in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, or Tensorflow.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop or Spark.
