What you will do

• Set architectural direction for AI-assisted developer workflows and agentic platform pillars.
• Design agent runtimes and SDKs using frameworks like LangGraph and MCP in Python and TypeScript.
• Define production-readiness standards including eval suites, safety checks, and telemetry.
• Partner with product tech leads to integrate platform capabilities into their stacks.
• Drive standards for prompt management, model selection, and cost/latency budgeting.
• Mentor engineers and raise the company-wide bar for production agentic software.

Requirements

• Prior experience taking agentic or LLM-based systems to production.
• Deep experience with typed Python and/or TypeScript/Node.
• Hands-on work with agent frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or Anthropic SDKs.
• Strong fluency with OpenTelemetry and debugging distributed systems.
• Experience designing and supporting applications in a microservices cloud environment.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
