What you will do

• Productionize graph-based orchestration for planner-executor-validator and multi-agent patterns.
• Design and maintain data pipelines connecting distributed enterprise data to a centralized semantic layer.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs for task completion, reasoning quality, latency, and cost.
• Implement CI/CD practices tailored for agent deployments, including versioning configurations and prompts.
• Build full-stack observability for agent runs, including traces, state transitions, and tool telemetry.
• Optimize compute, storage, and inference paths for sustained agent throughput.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for orchestration, data pipeline development, and platform automation.
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, data engineering, or infrastructure engineering for production AI systems.
• Knowledge of LLM serving, retrieval infrastructure, and runtime control for non-deterministic systems.
• Experience building RAG and knowledge-graph-backed systems for production LLM applications.
• Must be able to work on-site in designated US locations.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and production observability.
• Deep experience with enterprise integration patterns like RBAC and ABAC.
• Track record in production evaluation frameworks for agent quality and safety.
