Salary: $137,000 - $162,000 annually + bonus

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI features using Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify high-impact AI/ML use cases.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, and deployment in Azure.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into the SureTrend platform via APIs using .NET/C# and React.
• Monitor production model performance and implement drift detection and retraining strategies.
• Document methodologies and communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• 3-5 years of applied ML or AI engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure, specifically Azure ML or Azure AI Services.
• Proven ability to develop RESTful APIs for model output integration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of the food safety or life sciences domain.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps or Jira.
