Salary: $175,000 – $263,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, focusing on transformational outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales partners in strategic sales processes from lead generation to contract execution.
- Leverage deep knowledge of client organizational structures to discover new business opportunities for hirify.global solutions.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers on pricing, market challenges, and competitive landscape, and hold responsibility for bookings and revenue.
- Collaborate across the hirify.global organization to achieve personal goals, team objectives, and company milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field, plus 15+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales or business development focused in Digital Health.
- Deep understanding of payer and employer benefits ecosystems.
- Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth.
- Highly consultative, hands-on, and collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
