Location: Remote, Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours. Option to work from the HQ office in Philadelphia.

Salary: $93,000 - $125,000/year

What you will do

  • Achieve a $2.5M revenue target from inbound leads and identify growth opportunities with current clients.
  • Manage inbound leads and develop an outbound pipeline through strategic efforts.
  • Create and present comprehensive SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to prospective clients, including C-level executives.
  • Own and manage all sales processes from lead qualification to client kick-off, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Conduct preliminary competitive analyses and prepare/deliver site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Act as a thought leader, providing content and representing Seer at conferences (20-25% travel required).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Business Development with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Ability to connect, build strong relationships, and effectively pitch to C-level executives at Enterprise-level companies.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDIC, for lead qualification and deal closure.
  • Experience with BD tools like SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, BuiltWith.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
