What you will do
- Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability.
- Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections with top-level executives.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies for growth and retention.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work.
- Own account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction and account compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience running account P&L and managing sales process end-to-end.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
- Ability to lead with a consultative approach and articulate business value to customers.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, flat organizational culture.
