Senior Health Systems Sales Executive (AI): Identifying and creating new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare systems for enterprise AI-powered information solutions, with an accent on C-suite partnerships and exceeding sales targets. Focus on prospecting within an assigned territory, implementing account plans, and delivering product demonstrations for the ClinicalKey AI product portfolio.

Location: Home based in the US states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, or New Mexico. Up to 40% overnight travel is required.

Salary: $151,700–$281,500

What you will do

  • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within customer organizations and develop strong relationships.
  • Create and implement Account Plans within prospective healthcare systems.
  • Drive new business opportunities to exceed sales quotas and annual targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Product Management and Marketing.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales, managing account data in CRM.
  • Perform effective product demonstrations remotely.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales and technology solution selling experience in healthcare.
  • Proven track-record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistent quota achievement.
  • Demonstrated experience with “Consultative Selling” to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Experience selling technology solutions in complex B2B/healthcare environments with multiple influencers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in healthcare.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% overnight.
