What you will do
- Identify key contacts and decision-makers within customer organizations and develop strong relationships.
- Create and implement Account Plans within prospective healthcare systems.
- Drive new business opportunities to exceed sales quotas and annual targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Product Management and Marketing.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales, managing account data in CRM.
- Perform effective product demonstrations remotely.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales and technology solution selling experience in healthcare.
- Proven track-record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistent quota achievement.
- Demonstrated experience with “Consultative Selling” to identify and solve customer problems.
- Experience selling technology solutions in complex B2B/healthcare environments with multiple influencers.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in healthcare.
- Ability to travel up to 40% overnight.
