What you will do

• Attract and qualify new service providers in the Nordics through outreach and lead generation.
• Manage the full sales cycle including demos, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Maintain pipeline and provide forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to close deals successfully.
• Communicate hirify.global brand and product differentiators effectively.
• Participate in coaching and upskill training sessions.

Requirements

• Must be fluent/native in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• 3+ years sales experience in inside sales or lead development roles.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity industry with strong understanding of practices and protocols.
• Strong closing and communication skills with ability to articulate product features.
• Experience with cold calling and a persistent, hunter mentality.
• Fluent English required.
