What you will do

• Conduct territory analysis and develop relationships with key decision makers among partners in Italy.
• Align with cloud distributors to drive channel enablement and cloud revenue growth.
• Train and support partners through onboarding, enablement, and business development.
• Perform detailed account planning and motivate partners to sell hirify.global services and retain customers.
• Drive partner satisfaction as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Engage internal resources to support partner growth and manage partner profiles comprehensively.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in software, with channel sales or partner account management focus.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity with strong industry knowledge.
• In-depth channel and field sales experience with cloud market understanding.
• Strong presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
