What you will do
- Develop, manage, and close business with strategic accounts in the assigned segment, selling the complete HashiCorp software suite.
- Drive the sales cycle from prospect to close, ensuring adoption and consumption of solutions.
- Lead sophisticated enterprise sales campaigns engaging Development, IT Operations, and Security Operations.
- Align HashiCorp solutions to customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Build a healthy pipeline of revenue and new logos, and accurately forecast business weekly.
- Connect with management, legal, and deal desk for proper document execution and process adherence.
Requirements
- Located in the Orange County or Los Angeles Metro Areas.
- Experience in Security, Open Source software, Cloud, and Infrastructure software.
- Extensive strategic sales and strategic customer development experience with a track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Strong executive presence, interpersonal skills, and credibility.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual/quarterly goals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau, and experience with MEDDPICC.
- Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
