What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting major organizations.
- Demonstrate understanding of hirify.global Cloud Security Solutions and their value.
- Position and advise CISO-level executives with industry point-of-view business insights.
- Develop and close business by building and maintaining relationships with C-level security executives to meet quarterly sales quotas.
- Align with hirify.global partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.
- Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to Major accounts, including Fortune 100 accounts.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals within the specified geographical territory.
- Hyper-growth startup experience.
- Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with board-level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in pipeline generation, deal progression, and strategic account management.
