Product Education Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Build and write hands-on, code-complete tutorials and hosted terminal sessions for hirify.global products.
• Produce diagrams, videos, and other media to cover a range of learning styles and needs.
• Write recommended and best practice guides for using hirify.global products in production.
• Curate educational resources created by other hirify.global staff and the open source community.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales engineering, and solution architects to understand customer use cases and document solutions to their problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as DevOps engineer, sales engineer, or software engineer.
• Experience developing, deploying, or running applications or services in the cloud.
• Experience teaching technical topics by using adult education best practices.
• Ability to write clearly in a specific voice and style.
• Ability to organize content into logical structures that are easy to navigate.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with any hirify.global product.
• Experience operating and maintaining cloud infrastructure in a production environment.
• Experience creating audio or video content or with graphic design.
