TL;DR

Financial Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Shaping and building hirify.global's international and cross-border payment strategy with an accent on expanding partnerships with banks, fintechs, and card networks. Focus on growing the customer base globally and expanding the product set to existing customers by bringing them local financial services in new markets.

Location: New York, NY (HQ), San Francisco, CA. Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)

What you will do

• Own the entire deal process, from vetting partners and negotiating terms to compliance approvals and GTM support.
• Help hirify.global navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks when adding new payment rails and entering new markets.
• Ensure the success of partnerships by defining KPIs and growth targets with the product team.
• Collaborate with partners to develop new product offerings to drive industry leadership.
• Negotiate amendments and renewals to contracts as partnerships grow and evolve.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking, or Product Management.
• Experience in payments, treasury, or banking with a focus on international or cross-border payments.
• Clear communication, structured thinking, and good product sense.
• Drive to execute with speed and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong collaborator who can build relationships internally and with partners.
• Be willing to travel internationally, as needed.
