TL;DR

Account Specialist, Activation: Empowering very small business customers to onboard, adopt, and realize value from hirify.global products with an accent on timely, high-impact assistance and proactive account health monitoring. Focus on delivering training sessions, resolving customer issues, and advocating for customer-informed product enhancements.

Location: Remote within the United States and Canada. Occasional travel may be required, including department offsites, quarterly department meetings, and periodic customer events. Go-to-market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Salary: $62,000–$87,000 USD (USA-based roles) or $58,000–$81,000 CAD (Canada-based roles), plus commission.

What you will do

  • Support a large portfolio of very small business customers to guide deployment and establish healthy usage.
  • Deliver high-impact engagements across onboarding, activation, and value milestones.
  • Host and moderate training webinars to guide groups of customers through best practices and configuration.
  • Respond to inbound customer requests in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer health, addressing signals of risk or opportunity by executing appropriate playbooks.
  • Champion the voice of VSB customers, advocating internally for customer-informed product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to distill technical or intricate systems into understandable and actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative problem solver, and an effective collaborator.
  • Ability to context switch and manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills across written and verbal channels, tailoring messages for different audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global or cybersecurity related experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or related platforms.
