Salary: $62,000–$87,000 USD (USA-based roles) or $58,000–$81,000 CAD (Canada-based roles), plus commission.

What you will do
- Support a large portfolio of very small business customers to guide deployment and establish healthy usage.
- Deliver high-impact engagements across onboarding, activation, and value milestones.
- Host and moderate training webinars to guide groups of customers through best practices and configuration.
- Respond to inbound customer requests in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer health, addressing signals of risk or opportunity by executing appropriate playbooks.
- Champion the voice of VSB customers, advocating internally for customer-informed product enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to distill technical or intricate systems into understandable and actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative problem solver, and an effective collaborator.
- Ability to context switch and manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills across written and verbal channels, tailoring messages for different audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with hirify.global or cybersecurity related experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or related platforms.
