TL;DR

Corporate Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing full sales cycle for medium to large segment customers, ensuring success with next-gen endpoint technology with an accent on driving adoption, managing renewals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Focus on advocating for customers, executing account strategies, and achieving new sales growth within the customer base.

Location: Hybrid-remote role based in the U.S., requiring 1x a week in-office presence in Sunnyvale, CA, or Austin, TX.

Salary: $60,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer value.
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle from scheduling initial meetings through negotiation and signature.
  • Achieve new sales growth quota within the customer base.
  • Identify whitespace in accounts and create value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Consult with existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management or net new logo capacity.
  • Experience selling to a technical audience such as engineers, IT, and security.
  • Strong ability to run discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Proficient understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as Medic, Medpicc, and Sandlar.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Sunnyvale, CA (1x a week in office) or Austin, TX.
