TL;DR

Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (Sales): Driving new enrollment of service professionals by identifying and engaging with potential customers. Focus on understanding the challenges and goals of service professionals and effectively communicating the value of the company's solutions.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $75,000-$80,000 / year + uncapped earning potential

What you will do

  • Collaborate with our sales team to drive new enrollment of service professionals.
  • Understand our Pro’s day to day challenges and goals, and communicating the value our company adds to their lives.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining if our solutions align with their goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing information and education on how hirify.global can address their challenges.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and updating CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven experience as an SDR or similar (Mid-market experience a plus).
  • High school diploma required, college preferred.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed your goals in an SDR (or similar position).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, persistently pursuing opportunities.
