What you will do
- Manage 300–400 accounts with a focus on outbound prospecting in Brazil and South America.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, aligning prospects with hirify.global solutions.
- Set high-quality meetings and collaborate with Account Executives.
- Craft personalized messaging strategies tailored to the LATAM market.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records to track activities and pipeline status, and participate in ongoing training.
Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong desire to build a career in tech sales with a growth mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
- High energy, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
