What you will do

  • Manage 300–400 accounts with a focus on outbound prospecting in Brazil and South America.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, aligning prospects with hirify.global solutions.
  • Set high-quality meetings and collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Craft personalized messaging strategies tailored to the LATAM market.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records to track activities and pipeline status, and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong desire to build a career in tech sales with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
