What you will do

• Maintain a large volume of renewals through high call and email volume daily.
• Maintain accurate customer master records and update customer contact information.
• Resolve customer issues preventing them from maintaining a relationship with hirify.global.
• Follow up on customer software renewal quotes and generate custom quotes.
• Verify pricing, licenses, and expiration dates with customers and resellers globally.
• Accurately manage the pipeline, forecasting, and committing deals daily and weekly.

Requirements

• Competent use of Microsoft Office Applications for internal and external engagement.
