TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Greater China): Identifying and developing new business through outbound prospecting and following up on incoming leads to contribute to pipeline growth and territory sales in the Greater China area. Focus on understanding hirify.global's sales philosophy, market, and customers, and using Salesforce for accurate lead and opportunity management.

Location: Hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week. Must be based in Taipei and have Permanent Residency or Citizenship to live and work in Taiwan.

What you will do

  • Prospect into the assigned territory to find leads for the Sales team.
  • Follow up on incoming leads and convert them to opportunities.
  • Develop a well-rounded understanding of hirify.global sales philosophy, market, and customers.
  • Use Salesforce to accurately manage and note calls, leads, and opportunities.
  • Answer incoming calls, chats, and e-mail.
  • Work closely with the extended Sales and Marketing teams to contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a sales, business or entrepreneurial role.
  • Business level proficiency in English.
  • Native or bilingual in Chinese.
  • Prospecting skills, cold calling, and business-to-business sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including international travel.

Nice to have

  • 4-year / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Software sales experience.
