What you will do
- Conduct territory analysis and planning for dedicated US geographies, identifying top partners and developing relationships with key decision makers.
- Collaborate with hirify.global Cloud Distributors for joint channel enablement activities and drive quarterly cloud revenue growth.
- Train new and existing partners on products, supporting their business and technology development through onboarding and enablement.
- Perform detailed account planning with managed partners, tailoring engagement based on their loyalty and responsiveness.
- Motivate and enable partners to sell hirify.global services, attract new customers, and help retain existing ones.
- Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for partners, orchestrating internal resources to support their growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, specifically in Channel Sales or Partner Account Management.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with a strong understanding of industry practices.
- In-depth channel and field sales experience, understanding the cloud market business model.
- Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
