Location: Managing customers across the Benelux region is required. Flexible working model allows you to plan your working hours and location according to your needs and professional responsibilities; you can work up to 90 workdays outside your home country.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Benelux-based customers, driving retention, expansion, and long-term revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and relationship management across your accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, controllers, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions, and Sales to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
  • Represent hirify.global as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex finance and reporting challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management with commercial ownership, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.
  • Confidence managing renewals, expansions, negotiations, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience working with finance stakeholders or financially focused products is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Fluent Dutch and English is required for Benelux coverage.
  • Experience managing customers across Benelux or international markets is a plus.
