What you will do
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle for public-sector accounts across the Benelux region.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with public-sector procurement cycles and budget timelines.
- Position hirify.global’s AI-powered language platform, addressing compliance, security, and data residency requirements.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical decision-makers.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of net-new opportunities while expanding existing enterprise accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in a long-cycle, enterprise public-sector environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions into the Public Sector within the Benelux region.
- Strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
- Experience selling emerging technologies (AI, ML, data, cloud, or automation platforms) and winning new logos.
- Ability to operate strategically at C-level while also managing detailed deal execution.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
