What you will do
- Collaborate to build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops for Field Sales Account Executives.
- Develop high-impact enablement assets, including playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership for alignment.
- Provide targeted coaching to Field Sales Account Executives to strengthen capabilities.
- Build and maintain certification programs and competency models for Field Sales teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in delivering enablement programs for Sales Motions, preferably in global SaaS companies.
- Fluency in Dutch and English for clear, confident communication.
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business critical metrics.
- Experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights.
- Proven track record of creating sales enablement content and tools that drive behavioral change.
