Sales Enablement Manager: Designs, delivers, and optimizes enablement programs for Sales Teams to elevate performance and consistency across a region with an accent on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure. Focus on creating high-impact enablement assets, providing targeted coaching, and building certification programs to drive revenue growth and effective execution.

Location: Ghent, Belgium (hybrid, with flexibility for up to 60 days/year to work from anywhere)

What you will do

  • Collaborate to build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops for Field Sales Account Executives.
  • Develop high-impact enablement assets, including playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership for alignment.
  • Provide targeted coaching to Field Sales Account Executives to strengthen capabilities.
  • Build and maintain certification programs and competency models for Field Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in delivering enablement programs for Sales Motions, preferably in global SaaS companies.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English for clear, confident communication.
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business critical metrics.
  • Experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of creating sales enablement content and tools that drive behavioral change.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with reps, observing customer interactions, and delivering in-the-moment coaching.
