TL;DR

Mid-Market Commercial Channel Manager (SaaS): Managing sales of hirify.global products and services through named national partners with an accent on scaling services and developing a robust partner ecosystem. Focus on driving sales results, pipeline development, and partner enablement throughout the customer journey.

Location: Remote in the US. Candidates within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA will work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office).

Salary: $65,100 - $181,400 USD

What you will do

  • Manage the sale of hirify.global products and services through named national partners.
  • Drive a business plan to scale services and develop a robust partner ecosystem.
  • Develop an enablement strategy to attract, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, or agents.
  • Drive global sales results and pipeline development within key national partners.
  • Develop and execute viable plans to promote partner branding and ensure hirify.global is the first and best option for contact center solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a dynamic team focused on building exponential growth.
  • 4+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development within a cloud-based environment.
  • Emphasis on software sales and partner processes.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communications skills, with a proven capability for public speaking, professional writing and active listening.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with and knowledge of Contact Center solutions and/or VoIP.
  • Experience with National Partners and/or Service Providers in cloud collaboration – CcaaS, UCaaS preferred.
  • Experience managing partnerships with consulting firms or systems integrators for an enterprise SaaS software solution.
