Location: Based in Spain. Flexible working model for hours and location, with the option to work up to 90 days outside your home country.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations to showcase hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Support sales teams to drive technical wins, including value selling and pipeline management.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by staying updated on product and industry trends and providing feedback to product development teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior Solution Consultants.

Requirements

  • Background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise (e.g., financial reporting, planning, taxation, group accounting).
  • Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish for engaging stakeholders across Spain.
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact with the international workforce.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
