Channel Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Driving acquisition for the Key Segment (Micro, Small, & Company Creators) by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing partners to reach ambitious goals with an accent on identifying top Spanish players, nurturing key partners, and building Go-To-Market strategies. Focus on delivering meaningful partnerships in line with profitability and growth objectives and identifying process improvements.

Location: Hybrid role, based in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players.
  • Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements.
  • Build business cases, legal documents, Go-To-Market, marketing, and sales strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop tailor-made approaches to customer journeys & integrations in partnership.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of meaningful partnerships, aligned with profitability and growth objectives.
  • Identify blockers and provide recommendations for team process improvements.

Requirements

  • Up to 2-3 years of experience as Account Executive, Channel Partnerships, and/or Business Development.
  • Customer-oriented approach, prioritizing customer needs.
  • Strong storytelling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Organizational and cross-functional skills, with interest in business planning and project management.
  • Analytical and business-oriented, leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce a plus).
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
