What you will do
- Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players.
- Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements.
- Build business cases, legal documents, Go-To-Market, marketing, and sales strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Develop tailor-made approaches to customer journeys & integrations in partnership.
- Be accountable for the delivery of meaningful partnerships, aligned with profitability and growth objectives.
- Identify blockers and provide recommendations for team process improvements.
Requirements
- Up to 2-3 years of experience as Account Executive, Channel Partnerships, and/or Business Development.
- Customer-oriented approach, prioritizing customer needs.
- Strong storytelling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Organizational and cross-functional skills, with interest in business planning and project management.
- Analytical and business-oriented, leveraging data for decision-making.
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce a plus).
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
