What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business objectives.
  • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Support sales teams and drive technical wins, including storytelling and value selling.
  • Mentor and guide junior Solution Consultants, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and hirify.global product developments for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise like financial reporting, planning, or group accounting.
  • Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech.
  • Strong Value Selling experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to interact with an international workforce.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
