Associate Renewal Sales Specialist (Customer Retention): Maintaining a large volume of subscription and SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily with an accent on customer issue resolution, value proposition communication, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets. Focus on detailed funnel management, accurate CRM record keeping, and cross-functional liaison for customer feedback to improve experience.
Location: Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 remote per week in Manila, Philippines. Must be available for mid shift schedule.

What you will do
- Manage high-volume Subscription and SaaS renewals, including calls and emails.
- Resolve customer issues and communicate hirify.global' value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and generate custom renewal quotes.
- Drive renewal opportunities to close through detailed funnel management.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in CRM.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and achieve sales quotas.
Requirements
- Passion for sales and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to multi-task.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Must be available for mid shift schedule.
