Location: Onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

What you will do

  • Develop hirify.global business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct outbound calling, email communication, and channel coordination to generate leads.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing sales.
  • Engage with IT decision-makers across various enterprises using a consultative approach.
  • Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations.
  • Identify cross-sell, up-sell, renewal, and new business opportunities, providing superior customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling within an Enterprise Book of Business in the IT or software solutions industry.
  • Familiarity & experience working in the Eastern U.S Enterprise customer base.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota, consistently closing $100k+ opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database portfolio products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
