TL;DR
Associate Renewal Sales Specialist (Customer Retention): Driving industry-leading renewal rates and maintaining a large volume of renewals by building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to decrease churn. Focus on negotiating time frames and resolving customer issues to ensure optimal customer experience.
Location: Manila, Philippines. Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Willingness to work on night shift.

What you will do
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to drive high ROI.
- Identify customer requirements and execute strategies to decrease churn.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including licenses and contact information.
- Advocate for the customer across various departments to resolve issues and ensure optimal experience.
- Negotiate and move time frames while closing sales with a very high customer experience
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and business acumen.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop a strong product understanding and system knowledge.
- 2+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying role and in a technical sales role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
