What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects through outbound channels, including phone, email, and social selling.
- Research target accounts and stakeholders to personalise outreach.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (ICP fit, use case, buying intent) before passing opportunities to the sales team.
- Book meetings and create sales-qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, lead, and opportunity data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Initial experience in business development, outbound sales, or a fast-paced commercial environment, or a strong desire to build a career in B2B sales.
- Confidence initiating conversations with new contacts, including senior finance and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and questioning skills, with the ability to uncover pain points and assess relevance.
- A target-driven and resilient mindset, comfortable with high outbound activity volumes.
- High level of organisation and discipline in managing follow-ups and pipeline hygiene.
- Interest in SaaS, enterprise software, and learning complex business domains.
- Fluent English and, either Singaporean Mandarin, Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are required.
