What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers with complex organizational structures.
- Lead value-based commercial conversations across renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer objectives.
- Engage and manage senior finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Customer teams to maximize long-term customer value.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven success managing complex, high-value customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation capability and sound commercial decision-making.
- Confidence operating with senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
- A strategic, consultative, and commercially minded approach.
- Native/Fluent German & English communication skills.
