What you will do
- Find and close new business deals and expand existing customers in the German & Austrian market.
- Engage with economic buyers within merchant accounts to identify and secure a role for hirify.global as a payment provider.
- Liaise with various stakeholders and departments, from finance to product and procurement, to build business cases.
- Take a data-driven approach to pitching hirify.global as a payment provider to Mid-Market (+$100m turnover or +$100m in funding) accounts.
- Close multi-territory, multi-year deals with fast-growing companies.
- Sell the value of the global payments platform and develop opportunities through negotiation to contract closure.
Requirements
- Native or business fluent German and English.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of achieving a £600k EUR annual quota.
- Experience selling to CxO (CFO/CTO ideally) and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC Sales methodologies and experience in applying them.
- A structured sales approach, experience of using Salesforce, and prior experience of selling complex SaaS products and services.
- Ability to effectively cover a large territory and build a dynamic pipeline.
