TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Germany Sales): Finding and closing new business deals and expanding existing customers across the German & Austrian market with an accent on data-driven pitching, multi-territory deal closure, and account planning. Focus on identifying high-fit accounts, selling global payments platform value, and developing opportunities through negotiation to contract closure.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Work from anywhere for up to 90 days in any 12-month period.

Salary: £64,800–£97,200 annually

What you will do

  • Find and close new business deals and expand existing customers in the German & Austrian market.
  • Engage with economic buyers within merchant accounts to identify and secure a role for hirify.global as a payment provider.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and departments, from finance to product and procurement, to build business cases.
  • Take a data-driven approach to pitching hirify.global as a payment provider to Mid-Market (+$100m turnover or +$100m in funding) accounts.
  • Close multi-territory, multi-year deals with fast-growing companies.
  • Sell the value of the global payments platform and develop opportunities through negotiation to contract closure.

Requirements

  • Native or business fluent German and English.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of achieving a £600k EUR annual quota.
  • Experience selling to CxO (CFO/CTO ideally) and other stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC Sales methodologies and experience in applying them.
  • A structured sales approach, experience of using Salesforce, and prior experience of selling complex SaaS products and services.
  • Ability to effectively cover a large territory and build a dynamic pipeline.
