TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech/SaaS): Driving hirify.global's growth engine by building and expanding long-term relationships with large German customers with an accent on owning the full sales journey from outbound prospecting to closing and expansion. Focus on navigating complex deals, understanding technical and compliance aspects of the product, and strategically shaping hirify.global's presence in the German market.

Location: Based in our Berlin office, with a hybrid remote policy allowing 2 days of remote work per week. Role requires ownership of the German market.

What you will do

  • Own and grow the German market end-to-end, acquiring, closing, and expanding strategic clients.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline by proactively generating opportunities through targeted outreach and territory strategy.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial outreach, discovery, solution design, to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales by deeply understanding prospects’ business models and pain points.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences at every interaction, regardless of deal size or stage.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal) to align on strategy and shape solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Previous experience in an international or European sales environment.
  • Passion for startups and new technology businesses.
  • Proven ability to sell to large accounts and navigate complex organizations with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms.
  • Fluent in German with professional proficiency in English.
