What you will do
- Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis.
- Present hirify.global’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in German and English.
- Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Hubspot.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, GTM and Product to deliver maximum value to clients.
- Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment.
- Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and book meetings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
- Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development.
- Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry.
- Additional language skills.
