Focus on defining account strategy, overseeing commercial activities, and identifying new opportunities within financial markets.

Location: DEU-Frankfurt. This role operates under a hybrid working / flexible model.

What you will do

  • Maintain overall customer engagement and ensure great service delivery to accounts.
  • Drive growth by expanding hirify.global's footprint within accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Oversee all commercial activities within accounts and define the account strategy.
  • Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Responsible for forecasting, timely account reporting to management, and gathering competitor intelligence.
  • Act as a single point of contact for client account management issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience and a strong background in Sales/account management.
  • Good understanding of the financial markets and key industry trends.
  • Strong relationship building, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • Mother tongue equivalent German language skills mandatory; English: fluency written and spoken.
