What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise DACH customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead commercial onboarding, ensuring early adoption and aligning stakeholders on goals and success metrics.
  • Drive adoption and value through structured, outcome-led customer conversations demonstrating ongoing impact and ROI.
  • Proactively manage renewals end-to-end, identifying and mitigating risk early.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities based on demonstrated value and clear business outcomes.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in both German and English, and tailor product demonstrations to customer use cases.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets in previous roles.
  • Background managing Mid-Market and/or Enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, confident in renewals, expansion strategy, prioritization, and negotiation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a value-led approach focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive with strong follow-through.
