What you will do

  • Secure discovery meetings with engaged leads on target accounts, using personalized messaging for life sciences personas.
  • Progress opportunities to scoping and contract stages by rallying stakeholders and creating business cases and workflow documents.
  • Build expansion from initial deals by connecting champions with the extended buying center.
  • Travel to meet in-person with prospects, customers, and partners at industry tradeshows or their offices.
  • Report on sales activities, including CRM updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline calls, and prepare deal reviews.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated speed, intensity, and creativity in moving deals forward decisively and consistently despite ambiguity.
  • Technical dexterity to inspire confidence with sales tools, product understanding, and integration with the broader life sciences HCP engagement stack.
  • Depth and attention to details to break down business, engagement, and technology concepts meaningfully for customers.
  • Comfort with the slow sales motion in life sciences, maintaining energy during long deal cycles and mobilizing the buying center early.
  • Ability to accurately label engaged lead personas and translate into effective communication for meetings.
  • Proven ability to run organized lead/opportunity pipeline reviews and advance/close mid-size deals.
