What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your SMB territory in the UK.
- Lead end-to-end sales, from outbound prospecting to tailored demos and contract negotiation.
- Surpass mid-market quotas by showcasing hirify.global’s value.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Champion and iterate UK GTM Strategy.
- Deliver accurate pipeline insights and contribute to a learning-focused culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by change in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring messages.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
