TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your SMB territory in the UK.
  • Lead end-to-end sales, from outbound prospecting to tailored demos and contract negotiation.
  • Surpass mid-market quotas by showcasing hirify.global’s value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Champion and iterate UK GTM Strategy.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline insights and contribute to a learning-focused culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by change in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • Skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring messages.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
