Staff Product Manager

Location: Remote in the United States, but not eligible to be hired in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington State. Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.

Salary: $155,520–$228,700 USD (ranges vary by location)

What you will do

• Lead product requirements for building and enhancing the data platform.
• Drive priority initiatives across various organizations and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs for operational and analytical purposes and deliver features for the data pipeline.
• Craft and deliver a vision for the data substrate and primitives with R&D teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced company.
• Strong background in Data Lakes, Data Streaming, and Event Logging, having led initiatives in low-latency data delivery.
• Experience with data platforms, customer engagement platforms, or streaming applications.
• Proficiency in big data ecosystems (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Presto/Athena).
• Technically savvy with cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, data reliability, and ETL techniques.
• Ability to solicit and prioritize customer requirements from diverse sources and collaborate with engineering and design.

• Collaborative approach and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to developers and users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
