What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data teams and products.
• Collaborate deeply with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to address their data needs.
• Deliver data products including data pipelines, datasets, reports, APIs, and ML models.
• Define metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement and track data platform trends.
• Build user-friendly documentation and enablement materials for data product adoption.
• Own and drive agile processes including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least two years focused on data products or platforms.
• Experience with stakeholders in GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics, and data products.
• Deep familiarity with modern data platforms and scalable architecture (e.g., lakehouses, medallion data).
• Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps and manage trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience uncovering and driving insights with data science, BI, or data engineering tools.
• Proven track record of creating engaging product enablement materials.
• Knowledge around metadata management.
• Up-to-date awareness in data market trends, including databases, data science advancements, and software development innovations.
