Salary: $169,500 – $203,400 USD

What you will do

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive data platform strategy aligned with business goals and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to build a customer-centric data vision and roadmap.
• Define and prioritize data platform capabilities including data ingestion, real-time pipelines, knowledge graphs, and feature stores for AI.
• Lead the development and enhancement of data infrastructure optimized for AI workloads, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Oversee integration and optimization of data pipelines for AI model training, inference, and agentic decision-making.
• Ensure the data platform adheres to data governance, observability, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with data platforms for technical audiences (data engineers, data scientists, ML/AI engineers).
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts: ETL, data warehousing, data lakes, streaming data, real-time data serving.
• Experience with modern data technologies like cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data pipelines, feature stores, and knowledge graphs, especially for AI/ML.
• Familiarity with AI data use cases, including large language models (LLMs) and generative models.
• English: B2 required.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
