What you will do

  • Define and implement a regional partner sales strategy aligned with APAC’s growth priorities.
  • Develop, land and measure joint business and territory plans with ISCs to grow wallet share and expand account penetration.
  • Recruit and onboard a next-generation portfolio of ISC partners to accelerate market coverage and solution reach.
  • Build a high-engagement partner community and advocacy through regular communication and knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and hirify.global internal teams.
  • Lead channel incentive programs and performance management processes in alignment with global standards.
