What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to drive growth and market share for KF Digital’s Sales & Service business in ANZ.
- Build and nurture senior-level client and industry networks to shape pipeline and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with hirify.global teams across lines of business, including Consulting, Digital Delivery, and Customer Success.
- Lead sales process excellence, forecasting, territory, and account planning cadences for complex enterprise sales.
- Deliver regular product briefings to senior client stakeholders, linking new product features to customer value.
- Maintain strong Salesforce rigor and discipline for pipeline management and forecasting.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B sales, with 8+ years in key account management, preferably in SaaS or digital solution and consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and manage large, complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Extensive knowledge of the business/economic environment and the digital marketplace.
- Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman or frameworks like MEDDICC.
- Confident using analytics, insights, and sales technology to drive decisions.
- Capable of building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, internally and externally.
