What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7-8 Corporate Account Executives to meet monthly ACV targets.
- Act as an executive sponsor and customer advocate during complex sales cycles.
- Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with Sales Engineering and Channel teams.
- Drive operational rigor in forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM data integrity.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent to ensure high performance.
- Analyze territory and customer data to optimize sales execution and close rates.
Requirements
- Must have professional experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record in full-cycle B2B sales, specifically selling to technical audiences (IT, Security, Engineering).
- Strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and IT Operations environments.
- Demonstrated experience in front-line sales leadership and team management.
- High proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analysis platforms (Clari, Tableau).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the North Sydney office.
