What you will do
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, industry, and hirify.global’s solutions.
- Manage campaigns and reach out to new prospects through strategic research, calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives, handing off qualified prospects.
- Educate Account Executives on complete qualification meeting details (SLAs).
- Meet or exceed opportunity and pipeline targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key executives in various industries.
Requirements
- 6-9 months of work experience as an SDR/BDR.
- Fluency in English and one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Spanish, Italian) is mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to proactively qualify customer needs and understand business opportunities.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working with standard software such as Salesforce.
