TL;DR

Account Development Representative (Italian Speaking): Uncovering business needs and building sales pipeline for strategic & enterprise accounts with an accent on lead qualification and creating strategic targets. Location: Hybrid model, based out of London, UK, with employees expected to come into the office 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Uncover business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts to build a pipeline for the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and management to create campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed strategic goals by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating on the value of hirify.global's product.
  • Conduct detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information.
  • Become an expert in sales prospecting platforms and tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in business development, sales or a related field.
  • Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
