Location: Hybrid model, based out of London, UK, with employees expected to come into the office 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Uncover business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts to build a pipeline for the sales organization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and management to create campaigns.
- Meet or exceed strategic goals by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating on the value of hirify.global's product.
- Conduct detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information.
- Become an expert in sales prospecting platforms and tools.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian.
- 1-2 years’ experience in business development, sales or a related field.
- Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficient with standard productivity tools.
